Shipping Policy - The Basics
Totes Babes ships all orders within New Zealand using NZ Post courier services.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm NZT on business days will usually be packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm on weekends or public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your order to arrive once dispatched. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location, rural delivery status, courier delays, or peak shipping periods.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email, where available.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details and delivery addresses are entered correctly at checkout. Totes Babes is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
