New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship throughout New Zealand using tracked courier services.
Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping $7.50
Shipping is free on orders over $49 throughout
New Zealand.
Your shipping charge will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address. Please select the correct urban or rural shipping option to avoid delays.
Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within
1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information
where available.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.
Rural and South Island deliveries may take slightly longer. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Digital Products
Printable and other digital products do not require shipping. Download instructions will be provided electronically after your purchase.
Delivery Addresses
Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@totesbabes.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect, incomplete or incorrectly identified as urban rather than rural.
Delayed, Missing or Damaged Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but cannot be located, or arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at hello@totesbabes.com with:

A description of the issue
Photographs of any damaged product or packaging, if applicable
We will work with you and the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
International Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand only.
