Welcome to Totes Babes NZ. These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit www.totesbabes.com or purchase from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell physical products, including enamel pins, tote bags, desk accessories and stationery, as well as printable and other digital products.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure our product descriptions, images and colours are accurate. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, and minor variations may occur between individual products.

Some products contain explicit language. Please check the product description before purchasing.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD).

Shipping costs are added at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping or otherwise states that shipping is included.

Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the payment methods available on our website. Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.

We may change our prices or promotions at any time. Any changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.

Orders

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address supplied during checkout.

We may cancel and refund an order if:

A product is unavailable

There is an obvious pricing or website error

Payment cannot be processed

We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

We cannot deliver to the address provided

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot normally be applied after an order has been completed.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one discount code may be used per order

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash

Promotions may have expiry dates, minimum spending requirements or product exclusions

We may withdraw or change a promotion before an order is placed

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship physical products within New Zealand.

Shipping rates, processing times, delivery estimates and free-shipping thresholds are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or incorrectly classified urban or rural addresses.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays or circumstances outside our control.

Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. Access or download instructions will be provided electronically after payment.

Digital products are supplied for your personal use only unless the product description expressly permits commercial use.

You must not:

Resell or redistribute a digital product

Share the original file with other people

Upload it to another website or file-sharing service

Claim the design or content as your own

Alter and resell the product

You are responsible for checking that you have suitable software and equipment to open, download or print the file.

Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products

Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy and applicable New Zealand consumer law.

We are not required to provide a refund simply because you have changed your mind. However, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 continue to apply if a product is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a legal guarantee.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or removes any rights you have under New Zealand law.

Intellectual Property

The content on this website—including original Totes Babes branding, photographs, graphics, written content and digital products—is owned by or licensed to Totes Babes NZ.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or use our website content or digital products for commercial purposes without written permission.

Acceptable Website Use

You must not:

Use this website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

Attempt to interfere with the website’s operation or security

Introduce viruses or harmful material

Copy or misuse website content

Use automated systems to collect information from the website without permission

Website Availability

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may update, suspend or remove parts of the website when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or business reasons.

Liability

We are responsible for meeting our obligations under applicable New Zealand consumer law.

To the extent permitted by law, Totes Babes NZ is not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by a customer’s misuse of a product or digital file.

New Zealand Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by New Zealand law. Any dispute will be handled under the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
